• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

just got walked

Yeah. so a blower is a bolt on by that defintion and then there is no point the bolt on rule if forced induction someone works it way in there.

I guess dude but I consider bolt on's as anything that you don't have to open the motor up for including any FI.

headers, exhaust, intake, tune, fuel inj. , 25% ASP underdrive pulley...umm thats all I can think of right now...I guess what the other guy said, its opinionated???

If you enjoy opinions, you should ask an LS1 forum the definition of the term "cam only". The word cam gives you the ability to just leave out completly any other mod you may or my not have. Save F/I or shot of some sort. Its a cute trick really.I wonder if you or I could say "pulley only" and have everybody just nod in agreement.

By definition a bolt on is something that can be added to an existing object without any major changes. That last part, major changes, is what opens the term up to interpretation. My interpretation of a bolt on is anything that doesn't require you to get inside the motor. With the exception of a F/I, you almost have to view a power adder as a major change. Just my worthless 2 pennies.

Biggest bolt-on mod I see besides FI is an intercooler.

I hate that too...its a "cam only" car...with supporting mods, slicks, gutted, stalled...etc. Stupid.

So...my car is bone stock with a supercharger with an idle issue...opinion? Yez :D
