Gotta say, I'm generally not a fan of gold cars, but yours looks absolutely mint. I'm slowly getting threw all 67 pages of it haha.

Hmm. Maybe Im just paranoid or something. Could be due to the puddle light on my mirror being on at the same time too. I will look into it. Just thought Id check with you and see if you noticed anything before I went and beat my brains out trying to figure it out. lol
 


ive been thinking about getting puddle lights. funnny thing is ive already run the wiring for them since my interior is apart so if i decide to do it itll be quick and easy
 
well if i run them their going to be powered off the same circut that all of my interior lights are powered on so should work nicely

We are all in debted to you and all of the other brave men and women who have/are serving in any branch of military. Its because of all of you that we can enjoy the freedoms we have today. Second, I normaly dont like gold GP's. They usually look so trashy, but I love what you have with your. I LOVE the pre-gens and roof rails. You did an amazing job painting those pre-gens. Its very hard to believs you rattle canned them. Great job!
 


Was a pcm one of your first mods? I'm not really knowledgeable about how a pcm tune or how a new one works in general. What exactly would I gain out of it? I know some things about what a pcm does, but I'm still lacking.

hey we're not trying to jack the OPs thread here, but


  • Speed limiter removed
  • Raised rev limiter
  • Raised shift points
  • 3-1 and 4-2 skip shifts
  • Programmed for race pellet added timing
  • Transmission line pressure increased
  • 185F fan turn on
  • 90 second fan on at key-off (this feature activates when engine coolant is 180 degrees or greater)
  • MAF calibration is year specific
  • WOT fueling richen to reduce KR
  • Removes lag by changing downshift tables
  • Correct VIN number programmed in (if put in note section)
  • Part throttle KR issue fixed
  • Torque abuse modes are modified to eliminate bog at launch
  • Shift KR is remapped for modified vehicles
  • Power enrichment tables modified for cars running increased boost
  • P0128 code removed for running drilled or 160 Tstats on newer cars
  • Torque converter lockup tables modified to improve transmission life and eliminate converter lockup hunting
thats from zzps website, im not saying to get a zzp tune, thats just a general idea of what canned tunes do

Thank you for support, it's what keeps me going. Yeah, I like to think I'm ok with a rattle can. I will never do that again LOL, it was tooooo much work for my back.

Yes, the Overkill PCM was one of the first things I did, it has and still amazes me every time I go WOT.

Yup, the Overkill is very similar, just look on his website. I plan on just headers and 3.4, then I'm done. For a stock motor with just the Overkill PCM, WOW, is how the difference was. My laptop took a sh1t 4th of July weekend. So going to the MWR is what I have to do, for internet.
