Here's a photo of the clamp. It's a 3" hose clamp. I am only using one on the inside passenger hanger.

Perfect, thanks a lot for the picture. Was never really sure exactly where to wrap it up on, hanger makes sense.

No I didn't, but wasn't sure how well it will go with the flow of my car. Tried white and uh god it was bad. And I don't even wanna know how much that car is palm.

It will look fine, it's black not a obnoxious bright color. Try it out and if you hate it then peel it and your only out $8 or so.

Last time I saw that car for sale it was around $80,000. Ebay had it for auction. I giggled, because at the end of the day, its not worth it. Even if it finishes off your Shrine to Richard Petty, its still a grand prix that won't be driven.

Thank you, and ill have to do it Wednesday or Friday when I have the time no believe the weather is suppose to cool down too.

The fascias look better in black. I would just go ahead and paint them and forget plastdip. Unless you only use plastidip to see how it's going to look.

^ This. If you are going to do all the work to clean it up, tape it off, and spray it with something you might as well get black paint and clear and do it right. With the exception of black cars, I think they all need to be black, the graphite just doesn't looks as good as the black does.

I'm just going to get an idea of how it looks. I like how the gray looks, but they only match each other. Nothing else on the car is graphite colored....Going to get some dip now and two hose clamps, will try to not it out before the end of tonight and get some comparison shots. Going to be a PITA to go around my rear inlays in the back lol.

I would start with just the front and then if you like the look tape off the back and work around the inlays.

​what size hose clamp? I wrapped a string around the hanger and was approx 9imches around

Well 2 of my 4 hose clamps broke on me lol. Got one on a hanger on each side, so now they don't wiggle as much. They sit a little higher up, but the right side is still crooked a smidge, but thats cause of the welding, so can't really do too much with that. Got the front n back fascias dipped black. Three stores I went to were out of only the black dip, haha. Will post some pictures up tomorrow for comparison.

I can't recall. I think they were around 2 1/4 to 3 in. Threw away the package, but just got the biggest ones the store had, which looked like the right size
