• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

It's really the end now:/

I posted a while ago on getting rid of the GP for a Jeep. Decided not to take that path. Unfortunately my Trans is starting to slip and it's really time to get rid of it before its really noticeable. I am going to get a Ford Crown Victoria P71(police intercepter) now. The grand Prix was fun while it lasted but it's time to go:/

I had all of that done when I changed the engine. It slips only in 3rd gear under heavy acceleration so it's the actual gear

Sucks you have to dump the GP, but at least the Vic is another solid car. What year of Vic? If you can, get an 03+ since they got the aluminum front frame section and rack and pinion steering.

Also, if this is a used Police vehicle let me clear something up before the lulz start. There is no cop chip, cop tires, cop brakes, cop motor, etc.. It's not a DOHC 4.6L, no Cobra intake. Just a standard 2v 4.6. That said, there are some differences between the years. Some good, some bad. Good thing is there are plenty of parts for it.

Plan on modding the Vic?

There are cop brakes... They're the same for service vehicles (taxis) and have bigger brakes.

True. There are also the LX Sport brakes. No idea if they are the same as the police/taxi package brakes, but could be considering the full size spare on my 03 LX Sport is a 16" steelie, but the stock wheels are 17".

Maybe he got lucky and scored a 99 Vic w/ the 3.55 rear.
