Issue after intercooler install, car revs high then drops way low

I just finished with my intercooler install, zzp stage 3 IC, vw radiator. Now when i go to start the car it will run but the idle is all over the place. It keeps reving up to almost 3k then dropping into the 600's where the engine sounds bad and almost dies. It does the same thing if i shift it into neutral. Checked my spark plugs, all my sensors, currently have the MAP unplugged because i was testing the fuel regulator. When the MAP was plugged in it was reading up to 100 KPa when the idle dropped into the 600's. I did not see any codes go off on my scanner.

For the install i also used a new modified LIM in case that matters.

Here is one of my scans without map sensor plugged in.

Are you sure you sealed it up good with rtv? Did you change the lim when you installed the ic?

Took it apart, seems I was weak with the rtv few spots were definitely not sealed, I did double check the vac lines first and found nothing amiss. Thanks for the help, will let you know tomorrow if is runs after I let the rtv dry.

RTV is Aerobic, and dries by air, correct?

What I did for my blower, is used a lump some of Copper RTV, set the blower on, put all the bolts in by hand then let it set for an hour. So it can dry. Then after an hour or so, I bolted it down tightly and havent had a Vacuum leak from it in about 11 months.

I've heard of zzp having quality control issues on their intercoolers, so maybe it will need to be sealed better as well.
