• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Is it worth it?

2000 Grand Prix GTP 170,000 miles- fully loaded, hud, moonroof, leather, heated seats, power everything. newer tires, brakes, and cv axles

$3500 o.b.o

I already own a 1999 GP GT 55,000 miles on a crate engine! Would give 1999 to my wife and buy the GTP for my own and mod!

Anyone else care to join in on this? Or does everyone feel the same way? Just curious I need to purchase a car very soon the '97 Malibu with 207,000 miles is going very quickly!

Well if that car was for sale up here...that'd be a decent price.

All depends how far you're willing to go for a deal.

kbb says that car in your area should fetch around $3,300 if its in "good" condition ($3,700 excellent) -- retail at $5,200. Yes, lots of folks here got their cars for $6.27 --- and in factory condition, with a mint on the seat.

Take a look at it, if you want to tackle it as a project offer him $2,500 and take it from there.

or you can wait and see what comes along.

OK thank you very much for everyone's input! I think I will pass on it and look for something else. I live in an apartment complex and I have nowhere to work on it otherwise I would low ball him and see if he would bite and work on it but no room here. Plus I don't trust anyone around to keep their hands off my stuff! Thanks again!

offer him 2 grand.

I assure you there is something wrong with the engine other then the Extremely HIGH Mileage.
