Interior LED Mod

How does the UV look? Been curious because I kinda wanna switch to DD's Full Kit. Maybe UV in the foot wells as.....well?

The camera doesnt do it justice

Thats the only LED one, my camera doesnt pick up the red too well, the rest are just red bulbs not LEDs.

Just got all of my LED's installed from Diode Dynamics. The footwells are blue and the rest of the car is done in white. Really happy with them.

Just did this today love it :D I had a picture but it was really terrible quality so I decided not to show...Thanks for write up :D

Real quick if anyone is online, how do i remove the pivot clip on the rear lights? I'm having a lot of trouble with it and don't wanna break anything. I have the cover swiveled down right now but I'm stuck like that and would like to get these last LEDs in before the sun goes down.

Also, i found it easier on these rear lights to use a thin dull knife to pry the cover down.

i have a question...how exactly do you remove the little light bulb... i was trying to remove the one in the foot wells but i couldnt get it.. i tried spinning it but the the little plastic thing goes into the car..do i just pull down on the actual lightbulb glass part?

Sorry I un-subed a long time ago. Eddie, yes, just pull the bulb straight down. It will feel like it might break because they are in tight, but just get a good grip and pull straight down.

when i was putting the 194 bulb into the rear socket on one the socket unclipped and slipped into the headliner and doesnt have enouge support so i cant plug in the bulb, anyone have this problem? anyway to fix it?

Can't you just pull the headliner down and grab the clip back?

i cant just "pull" the headliner down, theres really not a spot to jus pull it down.

Take the back pillar down. Then in the middle where your seat belt is attached you can take that off. Once those two things are down if you take the brackets off from the headliner (for the 194 bulb) the headliner will come down then.

I did the foot well ones except I have mine on a three stage switch. Position 1 is off. Position 2 beats to the music beat. Position 3 is always on. I plan on hooking them up to an arduino I have laying around and adding many more modes like chase and stuff ;)
