What stores can purchase the black 3 angled plastic piece in the pic below from? ZZP wants $12 for them but im sure i can get it for alot cheaper locally.

If all you need is a T, Lowes, Home Depot or Tractor Supply are my local places that would have it.

At Lowes check the aisle with the water pumps. At Home Depot should be at the end of the regular plumbing aisle. Not sure if they have them in black, but I know they have them in gray.

I'm pretty sure that T is 3/4"x3/4"x1". It is not that common, and might be difficult to find in the Home Depot/Lowe's places. Try a plumbing supply store.

I did a quick web search, and found it here cheap, but shipping is unknown:
Plastic Mainline Reducing Tee

Also, the vertical fill/vent tube doesn't really have to be 1". You could get a 3/4"x3/4"x3/4" T, and pick up a couple feet of 3/4" clear tubing instead.

My new stage 2 fmhe radiator from zzp came in today and i installed it. Sorry about the crappy pic.

So turns out the radiator has a hole but didnt come with a plug to plug it up. Where can i get a plug to plug up the hole before i start filling it with coolant?

Sometime like this red plug i guess...

lls i was told to put it in the same thread. Automatically thought a mod would delete the other. But i found a solution though. Now the only problem im having is sealing the bottom gasket (garlock) fml smh. Used a stock upper gasket and that works fine.

And also this....

Why is the 680 belt rubbing my coil pack??? Thought only 04+ gp's had this problem?? And my 680 belt is SUPER TIGHT with the intercooler sitting this high.

Yes its a stage 2. Its actually different from the stage 2 that ive seen in other gtp's and the instructions that come with the stage 2 intercooler.

So i managed to seal the bottom garlock gasket now and the car is smooth at idle. I have all the tubes ran and the pump mounted and everything. But when i grounded the negative wire and hooked the positive wire to my "Fuel Pump Relay Fuse", the pump starts working without me even starting the car. And the coolant doesn't even move through the tubings.

Hmm thats really weird. After doing some google searches, a couple other people received the same FMHE. Its strange because ZZP sells the same product as an aluminum "radiator". I know a FMHE is essentially a radiator but I dont know why zzp switched to this style. It may be because there S2 FMHE's are listed as out of stock. I like the old style better.

So solved the pump problem. My lines had a crink in it and now the coolant runs through the lines. I went for a drive with my new 3.2 pulley in but the car wasnt running any cooler. Temps went up to 185*.

Isnt an intercooler supposed to cool the air after the supercharger providing more horespower? I think your reading the normal engine coolant temperature gauge.
