This is where I'm supposed to tell you that I've been training for mma fighting and that while training i beat the hell outta some freakishly huge guy, that i punched him so hard i broke my own hand. Well im sorry guys and gals im not that interesting lol...

it was hot out and i got frustrated w/ the gp and the gf and i punched a concrete wall and broke my hand, now im casted 3/4 of the way up to my elbow and that doesnt add to my frustrations at all no... atleast the break has a cool name though "Boxers fracture"

moral of the story is punch people, not walls

Wasnt one of those should i or shouldnt i descisions, kind of just happened you know..

bills suck period but theese suck so much more because it was completley avoidable lol

yeah I've done my fair share of damage to drwall too, but atleast dry wall is fufilling, after your done you look at it and see a nice big fist hole in it, concrete on the other hand doesnt show a thing :th_laugh-lol2: it was funny, shortly after i realized i f-ed something up i sat down looked at my deformed hand and said to my gf i better have atleast cracked that damn wall...... NOTHING except a little blood
 
There is a kid who graduated a few years before me who was on the wrestling team. He lost his semi final match at the state tournament and went and punched a concrete wall. He broke his hand just like you did and had to forfiet the rest of the tournament. My coaches called him an idiot and laughed lol.
 


only read OP...thats why we have dry wall...hard enough for satisfaction and you get to break a wall, not your hand

i punched the dash of my old car once...98 dodge avenger...somehow broke my hand and got a boxers fracture too. all it did to the car was push in the thing that moves the direction of the vents...snapped my bone clean in half and pushed my knuckle back to the point of the break lol i was pissed after i did that. and just so you guys know breaking it is not the most painful part...its the next 2 weeks that are a *****! haha just keep taking generous amounts of vicadin and you will be OK haha but really i feel your pain that **** sucks..i got my cast off early cause we went to florida and i wanted to swim
 
anger management? i love it when ppl get so mad and can't control themselves or don't think and it just makes the situation a WHOLE lot worse. I used to make fun of the kids in highschool trying to show their angry manliness by punching a locker or a wall, just to end up in a cast for months :th_shakinghead2:

lesson learned i guess for you

no painkillers for me, dont want to risk addiction, but yours sounds worse than mine i didnt snap the bone completely, man that mustve been a badass xray huh lol
