So i have a 2005 grand prix, single exhaust. just need some ideas on what to do to make it sound/look better. Customizing ideas, i am up for any sugestions!
 


if its a 3800 i would just leave it stock. unfortunatley the 3.8s sound like crap no matter what you do. at least i've never heard one that sounds good.
if you really want to upgrade though, i would just go with headers, downpipe, and a high flow cat, and maybe like what dsmuts said. help it breath better.
 
Headers to a high flow cat will make it sound more throaty. But if you want MOAR sound you gotta replace either the resonator or muffler. The jury's out on what sounds good. It's all opinion. If you stick a Flowmaster on there like I did, you'll just amplify the stock exhaust basically. I think it sounds good. No rasp anywhere.

agree....I love my flowmaster sound
