I Hate....

When someone stops at a yeild sign when no cars are behind them.It's a yeild sign not a stop sign.
 


I hate when your in a 65 MPH zone, and pass a guy doing 50, but when it changes to a 45 MPH zone he passes you at 55
 
Dont know if it's been mentioned before but also....when some one takes FOREVER to get into the turning lane....the turning lane is ment for the purpose of not causing congestion or trafic....I hate it when they get over into the turning lane so slow...that as soon as they do finially turn they can go straight into where they were turning into LOL...it's so stupid

David! I could not agree more! When I lived up in Mooresville off Exit 33 on 77, I had to drive down to Harris on 77 to get to work at IBM daily. And back from 2000 to 2002 77 was still only 2 lanes. By the middle of 2002 they finally started widening the lanes towards Harris and into the City. But there were wrecks dailly on 77 in the morning from idiots who thought 77 was part of Lowes Motor Speedway.

And it sucks in Charlotte for the fact you only have 85 and 77 feeding traffic into the city. So it makes for a lot more of a log jam no doubt.
 
What's up David? Haven't talked with you in a while. I hate it when people ride at your quarter panel and then when you speed up to get over to pass some one, right as you get ready to come over they nail it and get beside you so you have to slow down and can't make your pass. I must agree with David though. I have to run through Charlotte heading home to VA and they are some major retards.
 


i hate poilice officers that will follow some1 for doing nothing wrong just to piss and scare them.... Another..... I hate when people in stock imports throw an exhaust thats louder then normal and pretend its a powerful tuner haha GOD DIE RICERS DIE lol. :)my .0.02

I also hate when young punks throw a fart can and intake on their import and think they're the fastest thing out there. Especially when they hit the gas and a bunch of blue smoke rolls out. That's probably to pi$$ the bees off in the coffee can to get them to make more noise so it sounds like they have more power. Spend more on a can than what they paid for the car.HA!!!

If I could be so lucky.....In Illinois(maybe other states as well) they distribute licence #'s by your date of birth and your initials, mine being A.S.M. So what happens when two people are born on the same day and their parents give them names that end up having the same initials.....I'll tell you, 16 years later when they get drivers licences, they end up having the same # so when a cop runs your # they get two different sets of info with 2 different names, and when the no good son of a biscuit that you share that # with has warrents for DUI that he has been ducking for over ten years now. then the cop (usually a rookie) thinks I'm using an alibi and hes just about to make a sweet bust then proceeds to try and ruin my day, until of course the watch sergant shows up and sets him straight....meanwhile I become late for work or any other place I might be going.... and yes this all occurs when the cop drives behind me and runs my plate.....and allow me to also mention i am 36 years old posess a fully endorsed CDL and have not had 1 single moving violation in 15 years....so yes I agree with Joe wholeheartadly and will say I HATE WHEN COPS DRIVE BEHIND ME!!!!!

With that insight, I can say that I can agree with the both of you. Didn't know states did stuff like that. Seems like it would cause more trouble thwn it's worth. Not only for themselves trying to keep the right info for the right person, but also for people like yourself that has to go through crap dealing with some one elses F ups. That is the first I've heard if a state using a DOB and initials for a plate #. Do they allow you to get personalizes plates? Just think of how many people have been arrested for something they didn't do. This is very interesting info. Thanks for teaching me something new.

I never really drove that much of 485. Usually it was 77 or 85 if I headed down to Raleigh or something. I never really traveled a lot around Charlotte to get a feel for their roads. It was two short miserable years there for sure.

I do remember a funny thing when I was in the DMV up in Mooresville though. When I finally got my license in the state of NC. I think I was the ONLY English speaking person in there that day. Everyone else was speaking Spanish. I had to laugh when I looked outside in the back of the DMV office and saw a literal truck load of Mexicans waiting for one of them to get their license. I am sure it was probably a cousin of a cousin who's nephew needed his new license :th_king-evil:
 
I hate it when cars have to go 5 or 10 under the speed limit. Most of my driving is done on two lane highways where the speed limit is either 55 or 65 and I always get stuck behind people going under. There is a highway by my house that is 65 and I always get stuck behind cars going 55. It sucks because it is kind of hilly here so there are alot of no passing zones. I don't mind getting stuck behind tractors as much because they only go ~25mph.

actually it's your drivers licence# the D.O.B. and initials method is for....but when they run your plate they get the info from your drivers licence...
I also once recieved notice by mail that my licence was suspended for DUI, it even had my correct name, although I did not commit the crime, so it took me three days off work to find the right state employed pencil pusher to correct the info and clear my name....
Although the biggest problem with duplicate licence numbers is that most rookie officers don't have a clue that they exist, and when i tell them the proper way to run my licence#(it's simple, add-01 to the end, the other guy is a-02) they either become offended that I'm telling them how to do their job, or they automatically assume I'm feeding them bull....and boy are they fast to wanna bring out the cuffs.
