i have a 97 gtp and i think its an l67 block. and was wondering where you put the seafoam in at. ive seen that you should put the sea foam on the middle vaccum porton the vaccum tree of the s/c is that correct? and should i buy the can or the spray stuff

Does it? Take your blower off and pour it on them and tell me it doesn't strip your coating.
I'd rather not....lol! But I have seafoamed my car every year for the last six years and I pulled my rotor pack a few weeks ago, while changing my coupler, and the coating is in great condition.

what will happen if your rotor coating comes off? i think i will put the seafoam under the snout of the s/c on the lim.

If your coating comes off, you will lose boost. You can put seafoam in any vac line you like, it's gonna make it to the SC no matter where you put it in. It's a closed system. If your rotor coating is already coming off, it can help strip the rest off.

Go with the vac line so be located right by your master cylinder. Works great just make sure you do it slow and not super fast i think its less effective if your car shuts off while in the process of sucking up the seafoam. Seafoam also makes a product called deep creep spray some of that directly into your throttle body that will also help
