WRONG. getting cramps is because of eating the wrong foods. fruit and water help reduce cramps
yep. i used to swim in high school and i was damn good at it. i feel this is going to be my only outlet for getting back into working out. i just need to come up with a few different workouts for me to do and ill be set. i dont necessarily have to swim the whole time, i can also do other things in the water to help me out.
i miss it alot. My senior year (last year) i got a shoulder injury. Basically had to only kick the whole season and do rehab on my shoulder. Made state (no clue how) but even now if i lift too hard with my right shoulder or swim more than a couple hundred yards it gets to hurting again. I am a coach now for my old competitive team. Let me know and I'll make up some workout for you![]()

that would be great actually because i cant say that i remember all the drills i did off the top of my head. my right shoulder is also pretty bad. it pops in and out of the socket a lot and its going to be interesting to see if i can even swim heavily without it bothering me.
I'm 5'9 and about 140...hows that? I eat unhealthy...drink all the time...and don't exercise...no weight gain at all. It is called a high metabolism.
