How great is the new 2012 Impala LTZ?



3k for the trans would be a lot, but you guys saying that say getting a little over 300HP would be ok, Also could i reach high to mid 13s like that? Im pertty sure if i get to somewhere around say 310hp would be enough or even 300 and i would stop. so the trans could last for as long as the car?
