how do i remove the supercharger pulley? and vice versa

i have a 99 gtp i wanna swap to a 3.6'' pulley (with supporting mods) how do i remove the stock pulley preferably on the car? and then how do i put the new pulley on? id like to avoid buying the expensive zzp pulley puller because im only gonna do this once
 


You could post in the wanted section, there's tons of people in Michigan and I'm sure one of them has a puller and is willing to help you out.
 


I pulled mine of with the large auto zone puller. Keep in mind, you can not turn back.I destroyed my oem pulley, then used all thread and a nut to install the new one.cost me 5$
 
ill have someone do it this is one of those specialty jobs i might just get an MPS but idk if its worth the money
 
a mps is well worth the money if you are going to be modding at all and plan on dropping pulley sizes.
 


You're going to put the pulley on there, feel the difference in power and then immediately want to mod it more and drop the pulley again. Once you get to that point you'll be kicking yourself if you have to press another pulley off and back on. MPS all the way.

well your MPS cost the same as ZZP but i found your 12'' dual piston front brake upgrade kit and thats a really good price
 


Stopping > Going Faster...if you can't do the first part...

12" upgrade, especially the FBody brakes work great.

Also, do NOT use a regular 3 jaw puller...not only can it damage the snout physically, it can also bend the snout shaft internally...

Rent one from Mike, or get one from a local.

It's worth it.

Do it right the first time and get an MPS all the way.
 
how much do you charge to rent them? and can this be done on the car or does the blower need to come off?
