How do I install new lifters on 2000 GP SE ?

Google is your friend. Before posting a new thread always search google first. For example type "site:grandprixforums.net how to change lifters"
 
There is a YouTube video called something like LIM and Lifters in 37 minutes. I think it's on an 04 GTP but should get you set up.

As far as costs, apparently you can't buy OEM lifters, but aftermarket ones are relatively cheap. The expensive part is all the gaskets you should replace.
