Help With Sticking Sun Roof

I just bought a 2004 Grand Prix GTP a few weeks ago and lately I've been having problems with the sun roof sticking when I tried to move it back. I did a bit of searching here and found out that a few people had good results cleaning out the old grease and putting white lithium in the tracks. I tried that and it seems to be a bit better, but it still sticks. I talked to the guy I bought it from and he said he just had a new switch installed on the sun roof so I'm pretty sure it's not that. Is there any chance someone has any tips on getting it to work, or maybe popping the sun roof out so I can do a more thorough cleaning?

when you go to have it go back are both sides nice and even. Mine is broken now because my friend decided to lean on it while hanging out the sun roof and broke something on the passenger side and now when I go to open it I have to help it open but sliding back and forth and closing works fine.

Thanks guys, I'll see about ordering another motor and checking the glass to see if anything affects it. Can anyone tell me what the headliner is? Everything I've seen about getting at the motor mentions that you just have to remove a headliner, but no one says what it is or how to do it.

the headliner is the huge piece of cloth on the interior of your vehicle that covers the entire roof area.......

My girlfriend has the same problem with her 05 grand prix.. sometimes it works fine with 1 button push, sometimes like 5 to get it open..

removing the headliner isn't that bad, i didn't have too much trouble removing mine. You just have to be careful to not rip anything and be careful removing the oh **** handles and sun visors.
