Help with cleaning tires!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I could use to remove a little bit of what looks like painted splattered on one of my tires???

Its on the front tire...

Just blast it with a pressure washer.

Ok but what if that doesnt work...is there a cleaning chemical I can use?

They do have some chemcials to use but when I was working in the detailing department at a local dealership we used wire brushes preferably the brass ones to clean it. The brush should do the trick.

Chemicals and rubber arent the best of friends.

Try some Simple Green. Dont dilute it any. I had a big spat of white striping paint on mine. Sprayed it on there, let it sit for about 1min, and brushed it off with a stiffer bristle brush.
