That's why I am trying to figure out if I go to a 8.5" wheel, but go from 45 offset to 35, if everything will line up magically. Am I misunderstanding this?

What is the offset of the KV5s....
If they are 45 and you go 35 they will stick out a weebit more than 5/8"
Joshv1452 has some 9"wide 35 offset on 275/40/18s in this thread

Thanks, will read into that as well. Don't want to roll the fenders anymore/again. Knowing my luck, even with heat the paint will decide to split this time.
