help me break 13's :/

Mods right now are

-genV/ L36 block
-1.9 rollers
-N*
-pacesetter headers
-slp catback
-dyno tuned on a 3.6 mps

The best time i got-

With a 2.0 60' and .5xx r/t, best time it ran was a 14.4 @ 95

I was going to go intercooler but, i was thinking of going a different route, xp cam, 42lb injectors, and meth, with the smallest pulley i can. The only thing that worries me is my trans was built using the dual chain, since my car is still a dd.

realistically what kind of trap increase should i expect with cam, and meth?

with intake and headers i was traping 97-98 running 14.1 with 2.1 60"

in 95* heat with a D/A in the 3500" with intake, headers and rockers i was traping 96-97 with 2.0 60" at 14.2

i know you just got it tuned so i dont think that is the issuies, or maybe it is....... idk.
 
its all tuned out, no KR, a/f is good, I brought it to a reputable place. He did say im running out of injector and my stock ones are almost maxed without going static.

i just think its harder to break into the 13's than people say. I don't know why my car is being such a turd.
 


There's something wrong with that... I trapped 101mph on a 3.4 setup with downpipe. Usually just add 1.9's to a 3.4 setup and your consistent high 13's.
 
You should be in the 13's with that set-up. Something is wrong. I was hitting 13's all day long with a 3.4 rocker set-up
 


Right...because I ran a 13.8 on a 3.5" with PEM's/DP and 1.84's.

I think the tune is off somewhere IMO.
 
give all the facts, it dont add up.


car put what, 260 to the wheels?? a stock gtp puts about 200 to the wheels and can still trap 95.

only thing i can think of is crazy amounts of torque management in the tune.

if it was at sea level, and it was not crazy hot, either something is wrong with the car, or the tune is off. i would think your mods should deff trap in the 100's

the car snapped an axle, so he had to dish out more to have the engine mounts moved so its lined correctly, he just got the car back on the road then gets 4 tickets
 
Yeah man something is wrong, there is no reason why you shouldn't be well into 13s consistant. I just can't think of anything except maybe the tune, but you got it dynotuned right? You could probably be fine with a 3.4 on your setup, can give that a try.
 
If your injectors are almost maxing, your too rich. You should be in the 13s with ease. I had a 2.1 60 foot on my set up with a 3.4, cai and 3" dp and I ran a 14.1. Your tune sux...don't go back there for another tune
