Do I need to thread seal the lower intake manifold bolts, upper intake manifold bolts, the valve cover bolts?

You don't need too, but some guys use blue loctite or even just some thread sealer that won't fuse itself in there.

The valve cover gaskets come with new grommets for the bolts that you MUST use or else they will leak.

the lower manifold bolts should have thread sealant on them, they can leak if not sealed and give you that puddle over the bolts like you may of had.

and a dab of rtv in the corners where the rubbers go. i put a dab in the corners, then put the rubbers in, then another dab over the rubber in the corners. so it seals to the new lim gaskets.

What engine? And make SURE you're doing it INCH lbs, not FOot... Or just tighten + 1/4 turn. Work from center bolts outward while alternating sides! Search here, torque specs and sequence for tightening is here with pics.

Thread paste on the lim bolts. If you feel the need to torque them then I think it's like 15 ft #

That's not that bad, you shoulda seen mine, it was disgusting . But no worries, also make sure you use the right bolts in the back or you can go right threw the valve cover I think

So I say f it and buy the alldatafyi.com for 26.99 and got my truck for 16.99. Now no more asking I and look it all up for 1 year. From services to torque spec, part number and how to.
