HELP! Automatic lights turn on during broad daylight??

Hey everybody, recently I was driving my car when i noticed that the head lights would turn on even though the switch was on "off" during the day. How do I fix this or disable this? Its really annoying.

If the parking lights, tail lights, and dash lights are coming on, its the sensor on the dash thats bad.

If its just the headlamp capsules that are lit up, those are Daytime Running Lights. You can disable them by removing the little door in the drivers side dash (when the drivers door is open) and unplug the blue plug going into the heatsink box.
 
i removed the drl (daytime running lamp)fuse from the fuse box, and it worked, but i also saw that the sensor was sunken into the dash so i fixed that, now it works
