Havent been on forums in a while, having some issues with my 98 GTP

Alright guys, heres the issues.

1) Passenger side window won't go down. I hit the button and I hear a slight click somewhere near the front off the dash...?

2) The air conditioner SQUEALS. Like super loud. I turn it on and it just screams, it dies off a little after running for a bit but it does it again when I turn the car off.

Any ideas? How much is this gonna cost me?

You need a window reg and motor. You need either a new belt or an ac compressor.

Does the A/C compressor squeal, or is it just the blower motor? I've had both happen before.
