GXP Wheels

what tires should I run with the GXP rims? They are wider than stock torque stars right? I like the wider look.

False actually. Over on gmls4 most run 275's. I'm currently running the stock tires and am fine with em. I don't have a problem not rotating tires car muse I have a 3 year free alignment thing with sears and they do a good job. Even before I kept my car aligned they didn't wear badly.
 
could I run the 18x8's in rear for the wider look? I will only be running these in the summer. 275's?? That seems pretty big. What size are stock Marine???
 
Stock for front is 255 and 245 for rears. I wish when I bought tires for my fronts last month I had of gotten 275's. But I didn't. But the wider ones look better on front I think
 


would 275s even fit on a 2002 gtp without rubbing? Could I do 255s all the way around?

Also when i go take a look at these how can i tell if a rim is bent? I would obviously see a crack right?

Yea cracks are usually east to see.
To check for a bent rim sit it on the ground and roll it keeping a close eye on it. They should roll smoothly on both sides of the rim is the best way I can think to
 


No just do 255 all around I think it'll work and it won't throw ur speedo off enough for u to notice
