I think you'll get it sorted out man...props for actually taking it to the track and producing a time slip!
Theres a couple other people that have posted on this page that have talked/posted alot about how fast/quick their cars are this year that need to do the same...
 


Your car absolutely does not hit a rev limiter.
What's happening is your ETC is closing the throttle body before the shift.

It also sounds like its going nowhere once it hits 2nd gear.
Something very wrong going on here.
Well that wasn't it I have that at 6700 rpm
 


That wasn't it. I had my shift rpm set higher on the normal mode but not performance mode. I just fixed it and will be driving it after a bit to see if that worked.
 
I set all my tables to the same... EXCEPT I lower the line pressure for normal mode so I dont spin so bad in the winter months when shifting.
