Ok sorry had the girlfriend over yesterday when I was typing that and she kept bugging me but yeah Bill sorry I busted the bolt into the head went to tap it out but at the last second the drill bit broke and a piece of the Carbonite drill bit is still stuck in the head with the last part of the bit and I tried to drill that out but its not doing a thing, so I'm going to try a few more things to get it out before I buy a used head, anything I could use to get the bit out?I'd have some suggestions if I knew what the eff you mean to say, because...this ~~~> "bolt, in...bolt out..bolt bolt.. " isn't getting the point across.
Sounds like you flubbed the job somehow and since you mention heads, a bolt is broken in a head. (correct me if I'm wrong, or tell me if I'm right. I'm doing some serious decoding and translation here!). If so..and it's almost out. Use a punch or small screwdriver and make a mark on one side of the bolt. Then tap in a counter clockwise fashion and likely...it'll pop right out.
Someone told me to use JB Weld, and try to put the 2 pieces together and get it out that way I found heads online for 40 bucks but its a 3h drive just there they have about 98k on them here's a picturei just saw a tv show where this guy took a nut laid it over the broken bolt, then wielded the nut to the broken bolt. and then cranked it out.
thought it was clever for sure. took a bunch of tries re wielding it on as the bolt was large and really stuck. being you broke stuff thats harder then the bolt in the bolt now, this may work for you.

Alright sound good hopefully with everything it should run great againDry? As soon as you bolt everything together, you should be good to go.
i fired mine up right after i got the last connectors from the harness back in. DO-IT!!!!!
you did v/c gaskets right? maybe some oil leaked down when you did that. you can spray it down with brake cleaner, ( cold engine only) then keep an eye on it after your running a day or so.
