gtp vs. ricer eclipse

I was getting ready to pull out of my mom and dad's driveway after texting my ex and telling her i was on my way with my son that she gets everyother weekend, and i saw a ricer fly by in reverse and was like what the FEK? He turned down a side road and i followed figuring i could blow past him like he was just sitting there. So we got to a stop sign and he took off super slow so i checked to make sure there were no amish buggies and got beside him and he just hammered it so i punched it spun tires and i was off. In about a 1/4 mile i was about 1/8 mile ahead of him so i can just imagine he had a na eclipse around 90-93 ish and thought he was the **** with his body kit and spoiler that was bigger than my car. He probably couldn't see **** though after i passed him because the county had just laid new chip and seal down lol :D I love putting ricers in their place.

Please tell me I'm reading this part wrong.

i only got up to 75 ish anyway he is alway telling me to go fast i just don't do it very often.

I understand, my son is the same way. You just never know what the asshole next to you is going to do, be safe man.

"he is always telling me to go fast"....

Prolly not the best thing to listen to in the world...unless he's a more experience driver than you.

Now, NA eclipses have absolutely no power...hell, my little 96' GS eclipse does 0-60 in a blazingly fast 9.6 from the factory!

He's not to bad of a driver for no older than he is but he def need some work lol. I let him drive my truck one time at my parents house in the field and he didn't do to bad granted he didn't touch the gas but he kept it straight lol and yeah my sister had a 91 eclipse and it was a pooch.

My son is 3, and he was pissed off when he discovered how some rwd cars do wheel stands at the track, this was of course because his f150 powerwheel will do no such thing.

it will if you pick up the back of it lol. He'll be a handfull when he figures out how to do it on his own.

^ Amazing....

You should put some slicks on the back of it, and a Lightning badge..im sure that'll help it some XP

He seems to think if I get him the vette or mustang power wheel he will be able to do it. He's a car nut at the age of 3, and can already tell the difference between a good majority of sports cars, and their names. Of course Cobras are his favorite:th_laugh-lol3:

Oh he is already, I can't wait till he's older so we can build a car together. Enough about my kid, sorry for jacking your thread.

My daughter is 19 months and if she sees a gp even if it's a diff color she'll point at it and yell DAAAAAA. That's pretty impressive for such a young one lol. I've been looking for a car for me and my son to work on for a little while now, he wants a muscle car and i love the simplicity of a v8 auto rwd car when working on it but he's 8 so he's got a little while before we have to buy anything.

yeah me and my dad are finally starting our projects together...and im 19. lol. money hurts man. but then again, trying to make a car achieve 500-600 hp is no easy task...especially when he has to tell me what im doing because i have no clue how to build an engine.

My wife drives a 99gsx she loves it. I do too. It's a good transition between my comfty regal and a firm tight handling low to the ground coupe ;)
