GTP vs LS1 Trans am

So I finally got to install my LS6 intake on the TA and I also got a chance to race it against my old GTP. We did a couple of street runs from dig to 70mph and they were dead even. We will try again probably in a week or two at the 1/4 mile, maybe I'll beat the GTP there since the TA has more top end power.

The GTP mods are the ones in my sig except it had a 3.4 puelly, AL104s and stock tstat. The TA mods are the ones on my sig too.

We'll get videos when we do the 1/4 mile and I'll post them here then, but definitely supercharged/trubo cars have the advantage here at 5000ft. My next ride will certainly be turbo.

Delaware is almost as low as NO. :) The governor said he's the governor of a state with 3 counties. Two when the tide is in.
 
Yeah I could easily pull one out while they watch the street racing going on.

I'm making my way back to Flawduh, you all have approximately 2 days to come up with some bull$h!t worthy of ridicule.
 
I doubt the Z28 I ran had more than an exhaust. I think he picked on me because he thought I was easy pickings. Close race, when he gave up I only had about 2 feet on him and was pulling slowly. I think I take it back when I said I didn't think my rockers made a difference.
 


Did the grand prix have a CAI? We couldn't hit the track on Friday, I had the flu and the national series run today so the track was closed. We'll go next weekend and get some videos.
