bit more progress on the new setup. Getting close now.

Got the turbo mounted tonight and the IC pipes in.

My buddy came by and brought a receiver and speakers, we set them up in the underground and wrenched to euro / afterhours beats. Besides the heat it wasn't so bad.

Things are getting close... I've been wrenching for the past 8 hours, now I'm showered up and in bed... but I'm too exited to sleep ;)

still looking for an alky kit, possibly doing a custom setup with stainless steel lines instead of the nylon stuff...

.... oh, I also picked up a new set of brakes to replace my 12" Fbody's . My buddy hooked me up with some bangin' parts !

in about a month I'll be asking if anyone needs a set of Fbody's ? 2 summers only - ceramic black - 12" rotors n pads .. whole kit.. (they are direct bolt on.. the brackets were drilled and tapped and take our stock bolts. These were not junk yard calipers.

I'm not sure how soon I'll get around to upgrading my brakes so that is why I am not posting them for sale yet.. just telling you that i will have some new goodies soon :)

so you're running twincharged? are you going to run an I/C after the s/c as well?

Going for the shock factor I see. I run a M90 case and for some reason at car shows people think I'm twincharged. It's rather amusing really. Good luck with the build looking forward to seeing more progress.

this twin charged setup looks great so far in for results, seems like a lot of twin charged setups get started and not many ever get done. Good luck and cant wait to see it finished!

If youre talking about that fuel rail stud, the studs do come out and are replaceable.

yeah good call, waiting on a good set of vice grips to try out.


I'll be finishing it guys, there isn't much left and the tune should be pretty close outside of heavy boost. it was dialed in very nicely prior to the turbo

Yeah I did man... Was going to use a metal IAT sensor and install into the LIM
but I decided not to bother, it was going to be for data collection

kinda regret it now, but it is what is is.. would have been neat to see.

Reality is... just didn't get around to it and its almost august..lol
