GTP DIC work with 2000 gt?



I'm thinking he means the digital DIC. I thought the plugs or wiring was different. I could be wrong though.
 


i have not personally done it. from reading thorugh that thread and asking the questions i asked, in my opinion, it doesnt sound very hard. Ive made the decision to invest 100% of my "car" money into making my car faster. since this wont make my car faster, im not gonna do it.
 
I just installed a Digital DIC in my GT last week. I ordered it from Morad Parts. It took a few hours of wiring but it was pretty simple. You need to splice into the VSS wire from the back of the speedo, the DLC wire at the diagnostics port, and you need a constant and lighting wire spliced from the back of the radio, along with matching the corresponding wires from the basic DIC.

Also, if you have a GT, you need the unit with the "TRAC" button and not the "TCS" button. In other words only a GT DIC will work with a GT. Mine has the TRAC button, and at an angle, you can see the boost gauge so somehow that may work after the top swap, but havent looked into that.

Make sure when you order from ebay, order from Morad to ensure you get the plug and a few inches of wire with it sore youre able to splice.
