• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Got some wheel questions? In here!!

you might be best off finding anything you can on craigslist that catches your eye. most will come with tires too.

so could i get away with a 19x9 +30mm? or should i stick to a 18x8.5 +30mm? car will eventually be lowered on coilovers.

if youre willing to roll your fenders (might even need to pull a little), then yes you can fit those 19's.

I have 8" wide 17" bullits with 245/45/17 I use for autocross and I want to use voughtlands (sp), has anyone had rubbing issues? Thank you.

how will 215/55/17 or 205/55/17 look on a 8'' wide? do you have any pics?

I wanna fill my gap, the coilovers in the front are all the way down... If it ''fills'' the gap ill be able to run spacers for a flush look!

would I have tire rub if I went to a 17X8.5 with a 255/50/r17? offset is 40 and bore diameter is 73? would that tire work with that rim or is there a different size tire that would fit better.

So Bio 17x9 +25 with a 245/50 on my car, front going a little lower in the future. Camber and rolling if necessary.

cobra wheels?

you're gonna need the fenders rolled for sure and maybe a little more camber, but really that'll help you with auto-x.

Yea Cobras, to tell the truth I haven't been to AutoX in over a year, never enough cash, I'm hoping next month though.

Its either going to be Cobras or FR500s, If this guy sells them he's giving me an awesome deal on some FR500s. If he doesn't then I'll find some new Cobras.

Nice job bio, only problem is you came up with this a month after I bought my new rims lol drove myself crazy for nothing I could have waited for you.

Read a few pages but not all

What wheel spec options for 17" rims

5x115
17"
Don't want to roll fenders
Car will be lowered a bit

Many of the RWD options are nice but I have no idea what specs are needed to fit a GP?

Offset?
Backspacing?

offset is backspacing, just a different term.

you'll probably want to stick to a +30mm or greater offset and 8" or less wide. that should be just fine for no fender work.

Here's somthin' different. I took the rims off my '95 GP and slapped them on my '02. (cross lace design) Definately filled in the wheel wells. Also, because of the offset difference, gave my car a much wider stance. I'll post pics soon
