Alright guys.. I'm leavin for Navy boot camp on tuesday so i wont be on for a while.. My car is gonna be in my garage all winter which is heated and everything. My step dad is going to be taking care of it for me, he might even suprise me and get the damaged side fixed which would be awesome. Do you guys have any tips on storing the car for a long time? What should i have done and how ofter should he start it and let it run.. any tips would be nice. Thank you!

Well you could shrink wrap it like a boat haha

Just kidding, thats absurd.

But in all seriousness, good luck at BC :)

my brother would use fogging oil like for a boat before he put his mustang up for the winter. i believe you spray it in the intake and crank it over, then take the plugs out and spray in each cylinder and crank it over again.

LOL, I didn't drain any fluids...used year old gas that didn't have any Satbil in it...and my car started haha...and drove. Just creaked for a little bit and once that old gas was gone I put a full tank of 93 in it with some octane booster. Had no issues since.
