Just go and check out a current live radar of cloud cover on the WORLD radar map at National and Local Weather Forecast, Hurricane, Radar and Report.
Only Africa, Australia and maybe South America have a decent amount of clear skys.
You'll see dang near every continent seems to be completely blocked out from the sun with clouds, snow, rain or medium to heavy cloud cover.

It's a nice sunny, clear day in Ontario, Canada. The US will have a dark cloud over it for quite some time. Get use to it lol

To the OP, if the weather systems reflect god's "anger levels" then he must be giving the poles the cold shoulder and the equator must be hated intensely.
