Honestly the ic makes the gen3 a better option performance wise but the genV will fit on that i/c and make more power

The worlds fastest M90 FWD w-body used a Gen III IC Core with a Gen V blower. :th_winking:
I was always of the understanding that a hogged out gen 3 was basically identical to a stock gen V.

So a hogged out gen 3 90 cubic inch blower is how much less efficient than a 90 cubic inch gen V? Porting a gen V has shown minimal to no gains, while porting a gen 3 has shown measurable gains. And if they start off only 20hp appart in stock form I don't see how they could be THAT far appart once gen 3 is ported. I have heard a bit about outlet temps still being a bit higher with the gen 3 though if that's what your referring to? Maybe you could enlighten us all a little with some facts instead of just saying that's wrong???
