Gas Brands

So I've been reading the gas mileage thread and I'm a little curious. What kind of gas are you using? Any bad experiences have you had with any other brands?

I use Shell 93. The V-Power. I switched from using all Sunoco many years ago when I had my Monte and I kept having misfires repeatedly. Finally after having my car repaired for the 4th time they finally told me it was poor fuel quality. So I tried Shell and I never had a problem from there.

I pretty much stick with Shell, I'm not sure why but my car always seems happier on Shell. Otherwise I'll get BP, my car hates Gate and Circle K. And just a hell no for WalMart or Cosco gas.

Philips 66 most of the time. The closest shell station is in ks so gas is usually 10-15 cents more a gallon, plus a pack of cigarettes is .75-1.00 more.

Since I got my 04 GP I've stuck to shell 93 anything else seems to show a pretty considerable difference in my gas milage

I will admit shell gas lasts longer in my car but makes my car sluggish everytime I used it. So I run hess every fillup sometimes racetrack.but hess works better for me @93 octane.

Never had bad gas.

Used 94 E10 in the GP because octane. Sunoco

Use 91 E0 now because octane/lasts an extra 3-4 days per tank. Shell

Same, never had "bad" gas because my car doesnt give a ****.

I run 93 from BP about 98% of the time, I'll use 91 or 92 if I am not near a BP station.

And all gas here is atleast E10.

I make sure to get BP when I get the chance/convenience since I get consistently better mileage with it.
I get gas at Sunoco when I need a Citizen's Bank ATM.
I always avoided Turkey Hill, but I see they sell Shell, which is Top Tier. They're still consistently the creepiest place to buy gas.
Otherwise, gas is gas to me so long as it meets octane requirements.
As far as that Top Tier list is concerned, though, you have to pay annually to get on it and pay to retest every time the formula changes so it's understandable that some quality fuels might not be on it.
