Ryan..I take a small pic and pushing down the tab of the contact for one purple wire and then it should slide out of the connector, bent it's tab back up to engage it in the new connector and put it into the same position of the new connector. Then move the other wire the same way.
That make sense..if not I can get some pics of the wires with contacts in and out of a connector housing. They are held in by one tab that pushes on the plastic of the connector housing. The pick bends it down to let the contact/wire slide out. Then you bend it back to hold itself in the new connector. It's probably the one thing I don't think I have pics of.
