front sway bar question

so i'm hearing this clunking when i hit bumps and i'm thinkin eh its just sway bar links, no biggie. wrong. my sway bar rotted through thanks to the awesome illinois salt. so i was wondering whats the best sway bar to get? OEM, GMPP, or Progress front sway bar? please let me know what u think and what u guys have and experienced, etc. Thanks

its bigger than OEM, and solid.

thus much stiffer.

hence coming with rubber mount bushings and end links.

if you wanted to stiffen up the front end i'd get moog end links and inner bushings 1.2x".

They're cheap and make a difference.

So you want to spend more money for an inferior product then counter one of its downfalls with another product?

last i looked the other bar isnt stainless so its going to rust anyway. U want it to last, u have to coat either one

Moved to the correct section and dorman bars stiffen up the front end a lot. For the price they are a great deal.

whats the difference between Progress and Dorman?
The progress bar is the same diameter as the GMPP bar (34mm) but is solid, whereas the GMPP is hollow. The doorman is 33mm solid and ~$40 less. So basically the doorman sway bar is the best bang for the buck.
