So update,
The timing cover gasket was leaking like a siv. Got it fixed and no problems now. Besides my door locks acting goofy.
The timing cover gasket isnt something that is common to go out, anybody else have this problem recently. I do know that even the shop manager was surprised that the timing cover was leaking.

It isn't common. It's a gasket though and gaskets can leak.
