• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I just did mine. I had some deep scratches so I didn't even try to sand it out. I washed. Then wiped down with rubbing alcohol. And I used plastic paint tho two light coats then went geavy

No cear coat? And would taking the bumper off be better? The front wouldn't b so bad but I my right tip is touching the cover in the back for some reason

clips and some screws, the fronts have two bolts, fender to bumper, the rear has a bolt inside the trunk to the bumper, and one from the outside into the trunk. what you see is all thats to it.

taking the headlights and tail lights off helps too.

Theres several 7mm screws at the bottom and ends of the front cover. Maybe clips too , can't remember. Remove all those plus the push clips just above the grille. That leaves 2 10 mm bolts at the top rear corners at the fenders. Once those are off the cover should slide forward and off. The rear has been awhile for me but I think 3 10 mm each side inside the trunk, then the clips up at the decklid opening, the row underneath and some more 7 mm screws by the wheels and under the ends.

Before spray paint, yep wash, sand or scuff if needed, wash again then clean with alcohol or paint prep cleaner.

Ever checked out the spray that looks like yellow cad plating? It can be pretty bright.

Ok the clips can be reused? And ya I think he only paid 5 grand an it has 175,xxx

Welp not gonna get to paint tonight I get off work at 4 tomorrow then I'll b at the gym till 530 ish so I'll get to painting tomorrow and plasti dipping my wheels I bought 1 can of clear coat and 3 cans of dip

the round clips have a center pin, with a pick pull the middle out like a 1/2 inch its like a molly bolt, once its pulled out the whole clip will come off easy.

i found it best to turn the wheels, then take the screws out of the fender well plastic, then the 2 bolts, then turn the wheels the other way to get the other side screws and bolts, then put the car on ramps, or jack stands so you can get under it and work easier.
