Agreed....3 month old valve covers no big deal. Glad you decided to show up the night before Austin to start working on the car.

Dan, kinda shocked you didn't want to have your IC completely hooked up prior to the meet??
 
That's the thing...we're gonna be working on yours and Clays car the most. You guys are having those most stuff done.....it's not something that just takes an hour or 2.

Glad you guys decided to start the teardown process the night before.......going to save a ton of time when it comes to doing the actual modding.
 


I might screw around in the garage tomorrow and Wed to get stuff done but it all depends on what I have going on those days
 
Just called up my contact and added 1 more order of rockers before they were shipped out. Seeing as there was a boost of last minute interest I don't see there being an issue with being able to sell the last set. I should have a total of 6 sets of rockers....may not have springs, retainers, seals for that last set though as those parts have already shipped.
 


A guy I go to school with might bring his GXP out too. I've never seen a GXP up close in person before so I'm looking forward to some nice V8 rumble haha.
 
I haven't had a chance to stop by and pick up my buddies hpt but Brian will be there and could tune you fast I'm sure
 
Will you be able to get it? I've been telling folks $50 for a tune, but what's Brian going to charge? I thought you were tuning some other LS4 cars that day too?

yeah I think brian is going to run a deal though. He said he'd post something on his fb about it. I'll keep you posted.

make sure for bang for the buck that you get the trans tables tuned as well. makes a huge diffrence on the gxp especially.
