ok my frieds mom has a 01 chevy impala with factory bose speakers, she recently totaled it and im getting the speakers and amp that came factory in it,can i just plug the bose speakers up in my 03 pontiac grand prix and they will work like regular speakers, thanks

yeah the speakers will work like reg speakers. It's not really an upgrade unless you have blown speakers.

ya my front passenger one blowed and the back passenger stopped working so would they be a direct fit and so they wont thump harder

i swapped mine out because my parts car had it and my speakers were blown and it sounds better but that's probably because of the blown speakers

and if i wanted to hook the amp up do i run power to it and the ground and then run speaker wires from the amp to all four speakers and will my tweeters still work

Factory bose amps are usless. I have the bose rear speakers and they hit pretty good, some songs will actually vibrate by back plate and can feels some good lows (when the car is off haha)

IIRC the amps have connecter to connect the speakers to the amp so you can't just simply stick the wire in a terminal and have it work. But you could probably cut the wire like 6 inches from the connecter and splice wires up to it

well, the fronts didnt fit and im going to put the rears in soon but what kind of speakers can i get and not beable to blow them, like how many watts that i can max out with the stock cd player
