engine swap 97 to a 99 grand prix

i got a good running engine out of a 97 will it work in my 99 grand prix?

Sounds easy enough, removing old engine I broke at the flange of the u bend in the exhaust..hoping the donner car is in okay shape

Flange actually broke or the bolts didn't come off and you need to drill them?

If its bolts just drill them and replace with bolt and nut setup.

Flange is pretty well gone, tore the bolts throw the rear flange so either need both pipes or just weld in the adaptor with o2 sensor hole
