I send my blok to a shop to check and if needed do boring/honing on the cylinders.Got the engine 1 week later back and it looked real nice.
now i started to rebuild the engine and find out that the most bolts are Torque to yield ,and can't use the old bolts

What is the best way to. Do i need to use new stock replace bolts or
Order the arp main studs bolts with the arp connecting rod bolts
The thing is on the site of ZZP there is a text quote Block line boring is recommended after the install of main studs / Machine shop work on the rods is required when changing the rod bolts to avoid spinning a bearing

No, you are fine.

Yes you want a machine shop to assemble the bottom end. Whether you use stock new bolts or ARP. There are issues that arise when assembling that make parts no longer true and the motor dies quickly if it's not done correctly.

I believe Reptile has a set of bolts for the bottom end.

Well I ordered the other things I need for now and won't be the last things I need .
I contact the machine shop who will do the line bore it will cost me 250 euro +/- 375 dollar I hope to be there when they work on the engine and film it
So now I will rebuild the charger and port the LIM and heads , but bevore I do do u got tips in what to do and what not to do thanks

I was told just to smooth up the runners in the heads and not to take out too much material. as far as the intake and S/C, if you are planning on running a S/C. see attached.

Also, if you want to do a front brake upgrade if your Fiero is 84-87 you can take the font brake hubs off turn them down on a lathe to fit Grand-AM brake rotors and calipers. And if you have a drill press you can cross drill the standard rotors and save allot of $$$.

Did you find an oil filter adapter?

96-99 Bonneville, Park ave, Riviera would have one that tucks under the balancer up by the oil pan angle.
2000+ of those same cars would tuck under by the oil pan side

i think it's a bit off topic but i did do my front brake setup i used subaru impreza front brake rotors and calipers made my own adapter mount @ work.

I only need to find a way to do the rear with the park brake and all

here are some picture's and movie's
