Engine rebuild

So I check the Main Bearing Dimension and Clearance Specifications
On alldataday.com and this is wat I found *
*
Crankshaft Bearing Clearance: 0.020-0.055 mm (0.0008-0.0022 inches)

I check the engine crankshaft main caps and installed them with the ARP studs with the nuts , in 3 equal steps to 80 Ft_lbs and used a tool to check Clearance this is what I got
0.025 mm so I need to do the line bore

Check the how oval it was and it is the same

So is this beqouse I used the first time the arp studs and nuts??
Can someone help me with this,

I just need some feedback so I can send the engine to the shop
