eibach install tips

Needs A Turbo
ok guys i have eibachs coming in the next week or so and i have a few questions....when we did my friends ion redline springs we had trouble getting the top nut on the strut loose without a impact to spin it super fast because the nut would spin the whole struts assembly inside the spring....so should i loosen the top nuts with the struts on the car a small amount before removal? give me a lil help on the spring swap part and also how much (inches) should i cut my bumpstops?

Just a fyi, youre going to hate the eibachs.

i want low and i got these for 130 shipped with less that 2000 miles on em so what ever i heard people who hate eibachs are big babies or people who expect a lowered car to ride like stock....a lil roughness wont kill me

i dont know. never did anything with mine since the car was lowered when i bought it already. its possible they were never cut since the car seemed to "bottom out" over large bumps a lot.

im just gonna take about a half inch off....or the smallest nub off is what i read is safest on 1-2 inch drop on most cars :)

Dude start your own thread instead of reviving a 4 year old thread that has nothing to do with your topic
