Eddie's 1952 Ford F-1

I had to run a trans cooler because my radiator had a hole in it, and I picked up a new radiator from work for only $20 but it was for a manual trans so I have to run a trans cooler
 


Yesterday I chopped off the big hunk of steel bumper that was on the back, must have raised the truck up in the rear atleast 2 inches lol

So whats the plan in place of the bumper? Smooth roll pan made in or just smooth the frame back down and paint black so you can't see it?
 
I have the original bumper for it, it was given to me by my friends grandfather and I also have 2 out of the 4 original brackets
