• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

E cig, cause cigarettes are for losers

oh I lost my protank:(. Was at jump america yesterday and it fell over and the base came out the tank and stripped a few threads, guess it was damaged more than I thought because today I went to take it out of my pocket and puff and the tesla and coil were staring at me:(

Got me a new toy a couple days ago. Took me a little bit to solve the voltage drop problems and to figure out a new configuration instead of the L shape but I'm liking it now. Wound a 0.6 ohm vertical coil for the PT2 and it works Great!

^^^^ahh the hammer mod. i personally don't like it but that's just me. i used one for about a week and just something about it bugs the crap out of me. glad you enjoy it though

You should try setting it up like the way I have it above. Use two Pennys taped around the outer edges (unless you can braze) (I added silver braze to my pin to take up the space) under the fire cap. The rest just falls into place. I hated it as it was out of the box, but this way I have actually been neglecting my Steam. Lol

Nice pipe mod Twizted, I scored a somewhat rare iGO M off of eBay 2 days ago. I will post pics when I get it. Also got an iGO W5 today, which I installed a solid copper center post in, vapes real nice with no voltage drop according to my multimeter.

Nice! I need to get one myself. But need to learn how to make better coils first. lol
When I first assembled the hammer I was getting almost 1.7V of voltage drop, once I modded it I'm only getting .4V of drop according to my fluke. Not to shabby for a hammer clone.

I actually went and bought a jewelry coil maker and it works wonders! I'll shoot a pic of it later and post it up.
The silica or cotton is what I'm having problems with. Silica breaks(rips) to easy and Im not even gonna get into the cotton problem.. Lol

Bro, once you get the wicking of cotton down, it's very easy. Cotton taste way better and is super cheap. Just make sure it's organic cotton.

Damn, that thing should definately breath! Pot up some finished pics. I forgot to get some pics of my coil building setup, but I'll try and remember tommorrow.
