you cant end a story like that....WTF happened after the cop got there? Did you actually hit him or what did the cop do?
 
Wow......it's hard to explain how I would feel. I just had the same thing happen to me not long ago in my brand new car. But it was one of the dumb B****'s again texting and hammered me while I was stopped in a right turn lane waiting to merge into traffic. I ended up on the hood of her sunfire...not only did I smash my face off the door post cuz I was looking out the window at traffic but she drove away after giving me fake insurance information. All I hope is you had the car appraised and insured at the best value possible but its too bad they cant pay you for all the hours spent. SORRY to see 2 beautiful cars get hurt because of somebodys sheer stupidity.
 
Man would I be pissed too!!!! That's why we now can write those people tickets for txting and driving. Well at least in Virginia we can. That's a damn shame about that beautiful restoration. Not sure how her and her insurance company is going to replace it... But I would really be trying to find out!!!

I'd go to jail if I spent the time and money on that thing and that happen. As long as I could walk, she'd be screwed.

I'll say it and i'll say it again. I hate people who drive when texting, I think you should go to jail if you're ever cought texting and get charged with attempted assult with a deadly weapon, no tolerence.....
 
Wow. I am soooo sorry bro. I don't even know what to say. That's a damn shame to see such fine american vehicles get crushed. Bull**** pt cruiser

OMG that lady deserves to, nevermind but WTF man (meaning the lady). Sue her for everything shes got man since this is just one of those horror stories that always just has to happen to a nice car, e.g. like yours, porsche carrera gt, and a boatload of others. To me (and maybe most if not all of you) this is like having the aforementioned cars blow up for no reason. Imma go get my ouiji board out and send the devil on her @$$...
 


Surely you have a geniune case of justifyable homocide? I bet no court would ever convict you if you did kill the B#$%H
 
Similar thing happend to me in my pristine 81 GMC. Chick "TRIED" to pull into a parking spot next to my truck yapping on her cell and drove up the whole side of my truck as i sat there and watched the whole thing inside my cellphone store. $3500 in damage only got $2000 from insurance. Still fighting to get the rest. I hope he had them appraised if not its gonna be a fight. GOOD LUCK MAN.
 
I wake up today after going to school last week "only drove it to work and i park where no other cars park. And notice a very very nice gash on my passenger side front bumper............. God damn it!
