sure the home powder coating can work fairly well if done properly. i know a couple guys with home ovens.
Was just looking at Eastwood and they have a nice kit for garage use, I guess the price of the equipment is a lot more reasonable than it used to be, although not cheap when you factor in the oven.
My point was that "real" powdercoating a/k/a electrostatic painting, requires special equipment and without it it's not real powdercoating. Just as an FYI for anybody reading this who may not be familiar with the details, maybe help the next guy not get ripped off when buying "powdercoated" parts.
yea DO NOT use an oven for food after you use it for powdercoating,
