How the hell could they find out if i lied ??? I would of just said i saw an animal flash across the road in front of her and thats why she must of swerved in my opinon and thats what i told the cop, There is waaay they could tell that i didn't c an animal flash across the road that night.

If they really would have wanted to they probably could have searched online and found this thread.
 
i highly doubt they would ever do that, even if she ran someone over and killed them. But the # 1 reason why every criminal gets caught is cause they open there mouth and brag about it.
